We think there is some kind of hardware connecting
issue or software ware confilct.
In
this case, please re-install card to
another PCI slot. And please make sure
that sound card installed to slot tightly.
And please use
updated driver.

XP and VISTA (32 and 64bit)

Before installation driver, please remove current driver
and rebooting system first.
